Interior Design Consultant

Luna Beach Interiors is seeking a talented and motivated Interior Design Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional who enjoys working directly with clients, developing creative design solutions, building relationships within the community, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Conduct in-home, condominium, and showroom design consultations.Develop furniture layouts, space plans, design boards, and client presentations.Source furnishings, décor, fabrics, rugs, lighting, and accessories.Create personalized design solutions that align with client goals, lifestyle, and budget.Prepare client proposals, quotes, and invoices.Guide clients through the design, purchasing, delivery, and installation process.Identify opportunities to enhance projects through complementary furnishings and accessories.Showroom & Merchandising Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years of interior design, furniture sales, home furnishings, or related experience.Strong understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, color coordination, and design principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design-related software.Comfortable using emerging design technologies and AI-powered tools to create room concepts, furniture layouts, and client presentations.Experience with ChatGPT, Canva, rendering software, Shopify, or similar visualization and marketing platforms is preferred.Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing is a plus.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.CompensationThis position offers a combination of base pay and commission.Expected first-year earnings are typically between $45,000 and $55,000, depending on experience, sales performance, and project volume.
