Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, processing sales orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely follow-up with customers. The role also requires maintaining product knowledge, staying informed about design trends, and collaborating with team members to deliver a high-quality customer ex Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide clear, professional guidance.Proficiency in Interior Design and Interior Finish selection, including space planning, color coordination, and material choices.Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling related products, and closing transactions in a retail or design environment.Ability to work on-site in Gulfport, MS, with a reliable work ethic and commitment to full-time hours.Basic knowledge of flooring, lighting, and interior finishes; prior experience in a design showroom or related industry is preferred.Competence with basic computer applications and, ideally, design or visualization software.Relevant education in interior design, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
