Each of our three Front Range locations adapts to the personality of their respective neighborhoods. HW Home is looking for highly motivated individuals interested in interior design and furniture sales. At HW Home the sky is the limit for you. HW Home Sales Associate Responsibilities: • Graciously greet clients upon entering HW Home, listen to and learn their needs to provide solutions for their home and design needs • Exhibit the positive HW Home culture working to promote the success and overall well-being of the company in customer and interpersonal interactions • Ensure adequate sales floor coverage monitoring assigned work zones • Respond in a timely manner to any task assigned by the store manager or extended management team • Assist customers in the total spectrum of the buying process beginning at the point of purchase and extending to the delivery follow-up to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction • Increase personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions • Perform in-home client design consultations, as needed • Must be able to operate HW Home’s POS system and internal communication system • Display a comprehensive and well-versed knowledge of the vendors and products offered through HW Home
