Interior Design Coordinator - Luxury Custom Homes

Hamed Homes is seeking an organized and motivated Interior Design Coordinator to support the design and construction process of custom luxury homes throughout Northeast Indiana. The Interior Design Coordinator supports the day to day management of interior selections and project details throughout the construction process. Review and verify interior selections, finish schedules, and product specifications Organize and maintain accurate records for selections, samples, and material information Help ensure product details and finish information are properly documented and communicated Assist in tracking outstanding selections and pending approvals Visit active jobsites to review design related details and verify field accuracy Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or items requiring follow up Assist in maintaining overall project quality and attention to detail throughout construction Support project managers and designers with ongoing coordination needs Work closely with interior designers, project managers, vendors, and trade partners Participate in project meetings and internal coordination discussions Support a collaborative and professional team environment
