Interior Design Coordinator I

Who We Are The Interior Design Coordinator position involves the following responsibilities: • Present design ideas and schemes to owners and project team in a three-dimensional format • Develop interior design deliverables, as part of a larger project team, through all aspects of a job • Communicate design intent to the project team • Participate in brainstorming sessions and internal competitions • Participate in design charrettes and generate multiple comprehensive design ideas for clients and design team • Participates in the selection and presentation of furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), color palettes and lighting • Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects • Build a relationship with a client and lead the client through difficult decisions • Effectively mentor less experienced design staff • Collaborate with our internal preconstruction and construction team members • Enjoy working in a team environment • Represent Beck within the Interior Design Community • May require travel outside the greater Tampa area to meet with clients and design teams A reliable Interior Design Coordinator I with the ability to develop interior design schemes and ideas while participating on a team through all aspects of the interiors of a project. An individual with an interest in the integrated project delivery method and an interest in being innovative in process improvement and technology will be an ideal candidate for this position.
