Interior Design & Customer Experience Associate

Everhem is looking for an Interior Design & Customer Experience Associate to help provide interior design guidance and customer service support through the lens of the Everhem brand. You will also support our trade program, general marketing efforts and social media presence. We have the tips, tricks, and inside scoop to help you navigate the nuances of custom window design solutions, delivering designer- quality coverings without the hefty consult fees or the headaches. * Manage all incoming Intercom, email, social media and phone inquiries. * Follow up with customers after delivery of swatches * Provide support in managing Everhem social media channels * Work closely with the management team on a daily basis to identify and achieve ongoing short and long term business goals.
