Interior Design Director Job at American Institute of Architects in Des Moines

Reporting to the firm’s Principals, the Interior Design Director will: DEVELOP AND EXECUTE A DEPARTMENT VISION – Critical to growing the department, this role will establish and develop the Interior Design Department within the firm. OVERSEE DESIGN PROJECTS FROM CONCEPT TO COMPLETION – Responsible for all interior design project management, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. LEAD CREATIVE DIRECTION OF ALL INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECTS – Ensure design solutions are innovative, functional, and aligned with client needs and company standards. Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design, with a portion in a leadership role within an architectural/interiors firm. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
