Interior Design Director

The Interior Design Director is responsible for conceptual development and programming of the new acquisition interior design, refresh of existing assets, and related communication with the stakeholders through the implementation of interior design. This position is a part of the decision- making process regarding the general selection, specification, and purchasing of interiors associated with day-to-day operations, in consideration of hospitality and co-living aesthetics and adherence to brand standards. • Helps develop all program requirements and criteria are with operations and the Development Team. • Manages multiple interior design projects. • Strong experience in management and coordination of FF&E specification deliverables/implementation and available vendor/fabricators
