Interior Design Director - Exectuive Level Position

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines exceptional design talent with strong commercial instincts, emotional intelligence, and the ability to deliver an outstanding client experience. This individual will supervise and mentor our designers, manage team workloads and deadlines, lead important client presentations, and step into projects directly when additional design or AutoCAD support is required. Oversee all design clients, projects, and deliverables across four interior design teams. Commercial mindset with experience generating revenue through product sales, expanded project scopes, and additional services. The successful candidate will be both a creative leader and a business leader—someone who can elevate our design work, develop our people, strengthen client relationships, and directly contribute to the company’s growth and profitability.
