Interior Design Discipline Specialist, Multi-Family

As the Interior Design Discipline Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, managing, and delivering exceptional interior solutions for highly branded, themed, graphic, and experiential projects. We pride ourselves with working with them and delivering projects that result in long relationship spanning multiple projects • Responsible for not only creative and innovative design solutions but also the proficiency and efficiency of the interior design team members • Understanding and creating fee and project budgets and performing project management tasks are sometimes required and expected to be performed with little assistance. Projects are expected to be delivered within budgets outlined as well as meet client expectations • Participation in marketing and business development efforts from production of visual, written proposals, and participation in interviews are required • The ability to produce conceptual, technical, and constructable drawings, specifications, and documentation is required and the ability to direct others in these tasks are expected to be performed with little assistance • This position is one of teaching and mentoring to aid in junior staff professional development.
