Interior Design Documentation + Visualization Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Documentation + Visualization Project Manager to support our team in translating design concepts into cohesive drawing sets, detailed documentation, project coordination, and compelling visual presentations. The Documentation + Visualization Project Manager plays a key role in supporting both the creative and technical execution of projects. This position bridges design direction, production documentation, visualization, and day-to-day project coordination. You’ll work closely with the design team to help transform design intent into accurate, buildable, and visually compelling deliverables while helping maintain project organization, communication, and workflow management throughout the process. Degree or formal education in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience in an interior design or architecture studio environment Strong understanding of interior construction documentation standards Experience coordinating multiple phases of interior design projects Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Strong attention to detail and visual consistency Ability to manage multiple deadlines and revisions simultaneously Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within established workflows
