• Document interior spaces through field measurements, photographs, and videos • Communicate existing conditions to design team through as-built drawings, photographs, and videos • Collaborate with designers to create presentation drawings and interior construction documents • Ability to create accurate interior design drawings such as plans, elevations, cabinetry, millwork and interior details to communicate with contractors, installers and tradespeople • Ability to create 3D drawings with SketchUp illustrating design intent • Ability to create plans and elevations with AutoCAD • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field, or proven work history in a design related field • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp • No drama personality, hardworking, self-starter • General excitement to participate in a dynamic and growing interior design studio • Ability to multi-task and handle complex situations is crucial • Must have driver’s license and own vehicle • Salary $50 per hour, based on experience • Part time/Contract Employee, on an as needed basis with growth potential • Flexible hours • Location, Chicago and surrounding areas • Ability to work remotely with in person meetings as needed, generally at least 1-2 times per week We may not reply to every resume we receive, but we will certainly try.
