The Interior Design Engineer will perform interior CAD design engineering for cabin, cockpit, and baggage structures, components, and trim for aircraft interiors. • 8+ years of engineering experience with at least three years of design engineering experience directly related to mechanical/interior design for small business and/or commercial aircraft or automotive interiors. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Working knowledge of conceptual design development of aircraft or automotive interiors. • Ability to work plan work to ensure completion within the required timeframe • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. • Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
