Job Title: Interior Design Expert If the stakes are high, would you want to be at the forefront of making crucial decisions? • Our In-Home Design Experts play a critical role in our continued growth and success. • If you have a proven track record in In-Home Sales and are seeking a company that truly values its staff, look no further. Key Responsibilities: • Run 10 prequalified warm leads/appointments daily (appointment times may vary based on customer availability) • Must be willing to work 5 days a week, with a minimum of 3 Saturdays a month availability • Provide detailed and clear customer expectations from consultations to set all parties involved up for success • Attend 2 in-person sales meetings a month • Encourage and support the entire team • Must have a desire to protect the company's interests Compensation and Benefits: • 100% commission-based position after 2 weeks of paid onboarding/training • Our dedicated design consultants earn over $200,000 a year • With the right discipline and follow-through, there's unlimited income potential to be earned Work Environment: • Remote work options available • 8-hour shift • Supplemental pay types: bonus opportunities, commission pay
