Small interior design firm looking for Design Associate to help scale the business. The following duties would be required: -sourcing samples for clients (this requires lots of running around) -creating proposals for clients -creating invoices for clients -setting up presentations -drawing / rendering millwork / other design concepts -sourcing furniture, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, fabrics, etc for clients -helping to maintain SHOP page (add new products, pictures, manage outgoing items) -helping to maintain instagram account and SHOP instagram account -creating new collections for SHOP page (pillows, etc) -editing floor plans / elevations as needed -basically design right hand man / woman (can't be too gender specific lol) Must be comfortable presenting to clients, ideally very outgoing and personable, laid back but takes things seriously (this is a high stakes business) and is willing to be 100% invested in helping this company grow. Small design studio on second floor of construction office/millwork shop that is still being refined a bit.
