As a Design Intern, you’ll work as part of a design team on new construction and renovation design projects. If you’re interested in helping a fast growing company delight our customers through beautiful and innovative designs, there’s plenty to do and learn in a design internship at Direct Supply. Direct Supply® Aptura® Competencies & Skills Needed: • Ability to research technical information (building codes, etc) • Willingness to learn and apply design concepts to the Senior Living Industry and design for that population • General working knowledge of AutoCAD and eagerness to learn new design software and technologies • Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work 15-20 hours between 8am-5pm during the school year; full-time during the summer and breaks • Develop drawings and legends to be used for the construction of the design.
