Interior Design Intern

Description This individual is responsible for supporting the Studio Manager in all aspects of Studio work. They are also responsible for providing back-up support to the reception area, answering the phones when requested, and shopping for kitchen and general office supplies when needed. This role primarily works in the office. Develops design intent & interior finish materials on project assignments as requested Responsible for occasional outside errands as directed by supervisorCompletes field verifications at job sites in conjunction with other staff Maintains a clean and neat appearance in the Studio by organizing and filing product materials Orders and tracks interior design sample materials and delivers them to designers in a timely manner Orders studio supplies to ensure that essential materials are always available Works efficiently to handle multiple projects for several design teams, simultaneously Coordinates and meets with product representatives to update Studio schedule of Expos and keep all materials updated Requirements
