Roles & Responsibilities • Perform elementary architectural assignments and work from designs of others • Assist in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc. • Assist in the preparation of contract drawings for new and alteration projects • Assist in conducting preliminary studies to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of contract drawings • Assist in the preparation of design development drawings • Perform basic analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts. A creative design portfolio is required. Qualifications The proper candidate will have excellent verbal and written communications skills, attention to detail, teamwork, presentation and organizational skills.
