Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of contract drawings for new and alteration projects Assist in conducting preliminary studies to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of contract drawings Assist in the preparation of design development drawings Perform basic analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts. Job Requirements: A creative design portfolio is required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be detail oriented and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
