Interior Design Intern – Hospitality & Luxury Projects (Hybrid, Miami)

This role blends administrative support with creative design work, making it ideal for someone looking to gain both portfolio and professional experience. What We’re Looking For • Passion for interior design, hospitality, and architecture • Familiarity with at least some design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Comfortable with both creative and administrative responsibilities • MOST importantly: a proactive “I’ll figure it out” mindset willingness to learn is more important than knowing everything on day one • Based in Miami (hybrid: mix of in-person and remote work) Learning Opportunities • Gain hands-on experience with real hospitality and residential projects • Learn both the creative and business sides of running a boutique studio • Build your portfolio with client-facing deliverables and presentations • Get mentorship in project development, vendor relations, and design process Compensation & Duration • This is an internship for educational/training purposes and does not include wages.
