• Assist in the preparation of contract drawings for new and alteration projects • Assist in conducting preliminary studies to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of contract drawings • Assist in the preparation of design development drawings • Perform basic analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts. Job Requirements Candidate must be a traditional or non-traditional student, currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree program in the field of Interior Architecture or Interior Design who has completed 2 or more years in the program. Physical Demands: While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and to manipulate a keyboard or computer mouse.
