Our Owner's Representative (OR) oversees the planning, design, and implementation of capital projects within the House of Holcomb Real Estate Asset Portfolio. Qualifications • Enrolled in an interior design program at an accredited university or college • Academic Excellence: GPA of 3.0 or higher • Strong portfolio of interior design work • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
