Responsibilities: Requirements: • MUST have a BFA/BA/BS degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent • Creativity, and a desire to be innovative • Planning skills & Knowledge of ADA • Strong hand sketching and rendering skills, a must • Sketch-up or 3D Revit modeling skills • Experience in Auto CAD and/or 3D computer modeling processes, practices, and techniques • Passionate about the industry, consumer, and style trends • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills • Desire to work in a professional collaborative creative work environment • Strong awareness of millwork construction methods, materials and fixtures, lighting, and fundamental merchandising techniques for retail and restaurant design • Detail-oriented, and ability to follow-through on tasks • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines • Ability to put together a complete set of Construction Drawings • Desire to collaborate with graphic designers, design development specialists, and architectural designers to complete projects effectively and efficiently • A desire to work hard and be a "Design'lete" —a cross-trained, leading-edge designer.
