Interior Design Lead We are looking for an experienced Interior Design Lead to join our team and lead the design process for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing design solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. About This Role • Develops and implements design solutions • Leads the design team and collaborates with clients • Manages and leads staff to achieve design goals Responsibilities: • Develops overall design for project • Directs staff to complete design and technical drawing • Reviews engineering drawings to ensure they comply with design solution • Works with technical staff to resolve inconsistencies in drawings Qualifications: • Graduate of architecture or design school: equivalent experience may be substituted • 8+ years' experience in corporate interior design projects Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Extensive knowledge of design principles and aesthetics • Expert interior architecture detailing skills • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills Benefits: • Opportunity to work on challenging projects • Dynamic and supportive work environment • Professional development and growth opportunities
