We are seeking a seasoned Interior Design Lead to join our Boston office. Key Responsibilities: • Develop interior design direction, translating complex programming requirements into design solutions that prioritize patient and user experience. • Establish project goals, client expectations of quality, and design objectives for the project. • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience at architecture and/or interior design firms with a strong design focus and orientation on HC and S&T projects. Preferred Skills: • Proficiency in Revit required; Experience with 3D visualization tools such as Enscape or SketchUp desired.
