Assist management in modeling and coaching Design team on routines and disciplines that maximize productivity, achieve selling/service targets, and keep the store a neighborhood destination for inspiration. • Casual associates (PB, PK and WE): Must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and one during the week (Monday to Thursday). If preferred, an associate can also choose to have all three shifts of availability on the weekend (Friday to Sunday) and none during the week • Casual Associate (WS): Must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts during the weekend Examples: Design Keyholder must have availability for peak sales/traffic or to support selling when Sales Associates cannot be scheduled.
