Interior Design Lead - Key Holder

This position supports the management team in achieving sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and serving as a role model for building relationships with guests. The Design Keyholder is responsible for coaching the Design team on routines and disciplines that maximize productivity, achieve selling and service targets, and maintain the store as a neighborhood destination for inspiration. In this role, the Design Keyholder will support the store's selling, service, event, and customer experience efforts to drive traffic and sales, increase conversion rates, and strengthen brand loyalty. The role also involves managing appointments for Design Crew members, ensuring effective cashwrap organization, and complying with all company policies and procedures. , • Effectively perform the Selling Captain role, serving as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service by making the customer experience the priority.
