Responsibilities • Support store's selling, service, event and customer experience efforts to drive traffic & sales, increase conversion, and strengthen brand loyalty. • Effectively perform the Selling Captain role, serving as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service by making the customer experience the priority. • Model selling & service for the team. • Partner with GM to assess, recognize and motivate talent. Facilitates design crew training and skill building activities as required for design and sales team.
