About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned interior designer to take on a leadership position and drive the success of our multidisciplinary projects. As a Project Director of Interior Design Services, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and developing interior design solutions that meet client needs. • * Develop and implement interior design strategies that align with business objectives • Lead and manage interior design projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and customer satisfaction • Recruit, mentor, and develop junior designers to enhance team capabilities • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements Requirements To excel in this role, you will need: • A bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field • Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design, preferably in a leadership role • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
