Lead Design Excellence:Oversee up to25 renovation projects simultaneously , guiding third-party design firms from initial concept to successful completion. Hands-On Design (when needed):Occasionally manage your own interior design projects, from concept and space planning to FF&E selection, budget management, and construction administration. Proven Experience:6-8 years of progressive responsibility in hospitality or commercial design, with a strong preference for hospitality renovation experience. Construction Savvy:Familiarity with construction management, including terminology, codes, life safety, construction documents, sequencing, and the full project delivery lifecycle (concept to closeout).
