With a reputation for excellence in architecture, construction, and project delivery, we’re looking to add a sharp, motivated Interior Design Manager to support our growing portfolio of luxury projects.We’re seeking a Interior Design Manager to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of design-forward spaces.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating directly with clients, and are passionate about delivering thoughtful, cohesive interiors from concept to completion—this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction & Project DevelopmentMeet with potential and contracted clients, both in-person and via ZoomCoordinate and follow up on meetings, open houses, and showroom visitsResearch and qualify potential new businessDevelop comprehensive interior design concepts for high-end residential projectsGuide clients through material selections and finish coordinationDesign & DocumentationLead all phases of interior design including finish selection, millwork design, and space planningCreate detailed interior design (ID) drawing setsDevelop finish schedules, fixture/appliance lists, and hardware specificationsSelect pool finishes and exterior lighting in coordination with architectureProject Execution & OversightBid out design selections and evaluate proposalsReview and approve contracts, shop drawings, and submittalsCoordinate with subcontractors/vendors to ensure timely production and installationMaintain strong vendor relationships and oversee quality control during installsTeam & AdminManage junior design support staffTrack and submit billable hours at milestone stagesCollaborate with accounting to ensure accurate invoicingMarketing & Digital PresenceContribute to Instagram content and website updates to showcase design work️ RequirementsProficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong communication and writing skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesA true team player who can lead projects independentlyFamiliarity with materials, finishes, and high-end product lines✅ Additional InfoFull-time, salaried position based in Miami, FLDrug-Free WorkplaceGrowth opportunities in a collaborative and design-forward environment
