Interior Design Manager – Americas

To be successful in your role as Interior Design Manager, you should have: • Experience in commercial interior design, with proven success in managing projects for corporate, financial, or institutional clients • A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in large-scale workplace or banking environments • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and project management tools, and professional certifications (NCIDQ, LEED, PMP) are considered assets • Extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and workplace technology integration, and familiarity with building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and manage complex project schedules The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. • Identification of potential risks and issues associated to capital projects and development of risk management strategies to mitigate them by monitoring risk exposure and taking corrective action. They will identify new directions for assignments and/ or projects, identifying a combination of cross functional methodologies or practices to meet required outcomes.
