Interior Design Manager

The Interior Design Manager at Morgan Group is responsible for overseeing the design and aesthetic quality of multi-family properties. • Procure, scope out, and negotiate proposals from sub-consultants for submission to the Developer with recommendations for approval. • Ensure drawings are coordinated with the Approved Finish Schedule and compliant with Morgan Design Standards. • Coordinate Signage Consultant and prepare final bid analysis for Developer approval. • Attend OAC Meetings and communicate requests of the designers through the Design Manager/Director.
