Interior Design Manager

Responsibilities • Conceptualize and execute sophisticated, guest-focused interior designs for new restaurant locations, remodels, and facility upgrades. • Research and stay current on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies in the hospitality industry, while supporting scalable growth through repeatable design elements. • Coordinate response to urgent issues involving interior design at existing pubs: finish materials, lighting, furniture, and decor. • Proven track record in interior design, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality sector, executing complex design projects from concept through construction. • Experience coordinating design efforts with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery • Willingness and ability to travel, both in and out of Austin, to project sites as needed.
