• Lead the interior design team under the direction of AVP of Design in conceptualizing, planning, and executing innovative interior design concepts for newbuild and refurbishment projects across the cruise line fleet. • Oversee and indirectly manage interior design team, consisting of 5+ designers/architects based on project assignment. Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 84 hours/year. Our employees have a responsibility to be accountable for all actions.
