Office Manager / Coordinator for Interior Design firm Location : New York Job Description Looking for an experienced, sophisticated individual to oversee and manage the inner workings and staff, including Principal, of a high end, boutique, interior design firm. The main part of this role is to manage and assist the Principal by taking over administrative tasks and organizing day to day design... tasks and schedule, time tracking for projects, producing meeting agendas and attending client meetings with the Design team, following up with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, and client billing. Responsibilities include, but not limited to : • Conducting weekly office meetings to make sure that all tasks are delegated and deadlines are met. • Develop and manage office procedures, staff operations, and administrative office needs. Experience with Design Manager software is preferred.
