• Work with the President on residential and commercial office capital improvement projects. Help develop scopes of work, identify contractors for the work, solicit bids, write contracts, and oversee work completion. • Manage the residential and commercial office design process, track changes made to plans, and review subsequent plan iterations. • Manage the construction process and track changes in scope. Experience, training, skills required: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in interior design and/or project management, including coordinating all phases of construction.
