The Interior Design family is responsible for the design of interior spaces in our theme parks, primarily restaurants, retail, theaters, and attraction queue lines. You will lead the day-to-day management of the Interior Design Department which includes project assignments/resource planning, career development, reviews, and soft cost budgets. • Convey and instruct team members in the creation of authentic and immersive Disney Interiors through WDI practice of Interior Design. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
