• Procure, scope out, and negotiate proposals from the following sub-consultants to submit to Developer with a recommendation for approval : Landscape, Interior Design, Signage Design, ADA / FHA Consultant, FF&E Procurement and Installation, Art Consultant, IT / Low Voltage, Fitness Equipment • Prepare design checklist for each projects Design Kick-off Meeting • Assists the Developer in the preparation of the Schematic Design and Design Development progress sets. • Ensure drawings are coordinated with the Approved Finish Schedule • Ensure drawings are compliant with the Morgan Design Standards • Perform Owners final plan review prior to designers issuing the Building Permit Set • Coordinate Signage Consultant, signage bid package and prepare final bid analysis sending along with written recommendation to Developer for approval. Construction Project Mgr. • Monitor Construction Teams adherence to the approved drawings and approved submittals for all elements and areas that can be touched and / or experienced by our residents. Qualifications • Self-motivated • Organized • Detail Oriented • Strong communication skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Design background is essential • Field experience is recommended, but not required
