Job Overview We are seeking an experienced interior design professional to lead our team in creating innovative, solution-based designs and project management support in space planning, drafting/CAD, furniture products, color and materials application, and presentations related to interior design and architecture. Key Responsibilities • Lead project management from initiation to closeout, including planning, scope determination, cost estimation, code evaluation, contractor negotiation, cost control, work inspection, scheduling, coordination, move planning and management, project close-out, and post-occupancy follow-up. • Coordinate with leadership across various departments, committees, construction commission, consulting architects and designers, and vendors to ensure compliance with university standards and methodologies. • Oversee major capital projects' interior design portion of scope, supporting project managers to ensure consulting firms deliver work according to University methodology, OFCC guidelines, and University Standards.
