EXPERIENCED INTERIOR DESIGN - OFFICE COORDINATOR Experience in an interior design, architecture, or construction office, or related industry is required. We are looking for an EXPERIENCED (2 years minimum) skilled and focused assistant. ACCOUNTING knowledge and an understanding of product purchasing is key to this role. POSITION TASKS include but are not limited to: \\- Purchasing and Expediting orders (if you don’t know what expediting is do not apply) \\- Invoice clients for purchases \\- Enter client payments \\- Track team hours and issue client time billing invoices monthly \\- Meeting and client presentation preparation Familiarity with online programs would be beneficial including: Quickbooks for payroll, StudioDesigner, Google Drive or applications similar to these.
