We are currently a small studio, with both designers working from different cities, and we need a driven and energetic individual in Austin to work directly with the owner / lead designer. The position is flexible and we are very understanding of work/life balance. If you are in a design program or a recent design grad, you will not be happy in this role. • Detail oriented and highly organized • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously • Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus • Knowledge of color schemes, furniture styles, materials, and lighting design principles preferred • Interest in Interior design or experience working in the design industry • WILLINGNESS TO LEARN!
