Interior Design Operations Manager

The Interior Design Operations Manager will oversee and streamline communication processes, ensure quality control, and manage design production across internal project teams. Responsibilities • Communicate and coordinate with Elite, Nexus, and Atelier to ensure alignment and standardization of internal operations, processes, and procedures related to interior design. , • Develop, implement, and oversee standardized operational processes, procedures, and communications for interior design, ensuring consistency across teams and departments. , • Uphold and integrate Blue Heron’s interior design standards for interior drawings while supporting the development and documentation of best practices. , • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.
