Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership & Development (40%): Oversees design team, manages time and attendance, monitors and evaluates team performance, trains and coaches Associates. • Process Improvement & Problem Solving (25%): Identifies operational challenges, develops solutions, establishes department standards, and refines existing processes. • Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%): Works with retail sales and leadership teams, communicates promotions, audits appointments, and schedules.
