Interior Design / Executive Assistant - one to six month temporary position to manage rebuild of $3,000,000 storm damaged home. Busy professional couple needs a right hand wo/man to assist with personal matters and the design and rebuild of four rooms in the home. Duties include, but not limited to: \\- Assist interior designer and homeowner with design and rebuild of mudroom, playroom, gym, and garage \\- Research and procure products, track deliveries \\- Document all expenses for insurance, maintain records \\- Initiate calls to, scheduling of, and follow up with vendors including builder -- coordinate with homeowner's Google calendar \\- Purchase and return items for rebuild as needed \\- Assist with errands, family paperwork including travel, personal appointments, mail packages, etc. \\- Assist with household tasks like running a load of laundry, starting a fire in the fireplace, sweeping the front steps, walking the dogs - all tasks the homeowner does herself. Homeowner's company office is six blocks from the home.
