Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington Heights, IL, for an Interior Designer specializing in the hospitality and hotel sector. The Interior Designer will lead and execute space planning, concept development, selection of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), and ensure designs align with project and brand standards. Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principles to create innovative and functional layoutsKnowledge of Furniture and FF&E selection to source and recommend high-quality elements that align with design specificationsStrong Communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and project stakeholdersAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldProficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp) is preferredRelevant experience in hospitality design is highly desirable
