Interior Design Positions – Multiple Roles

This role emphasizes hands-on learning and professional development within a collaborative studio environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and proven leadership in managing teams, clients, and consultants Intangibly, we are looking for someone who is like-minded with the rest of our leadership team, so that they easily integrate with the rest of our well-established team. This applicant should be comfortable fostering a culture of ownership, empowering teams to take accountability for project staffing, delivery, and client relationships - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design at an accredited University - 5-20 years of professional experience working in the field of Interior Design *Preferred Knowledge + Skillset* - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Comfortable with a broad range of projects in design types - Comfortable working on parallel assignments and working on multiple projects at a time - Comfortable working in teams and making group presentations - Promote design knowledge within the interior design group - Interface with all professional disciplines assigned to the project to coordinate - the Interior Design work - Understanding of design expectations and the level of quality service to clients - Working with the Director and/or Project Team to establish design parameters - consistent with the project scope - Demonstrates collaborative and professional work ethic - Self-directed and motivated - Has strong conceptual and technical capabilities with attention to detail - Possess strong verbal, written and visual communication skills and presentation - abilities Deep experience and involvement in all phases of design and construction - (SD, DD, CD, CA and Construction) - Maintain a general knowledge of architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, fire protection and telecom building systems; coordinate these systems with the interior design - Proficient in preparing design documents as required for all phases of design (concept, schematic, design development, construction documents) - Conducts field investigations as required to understand project requirements - Prepare documents in conformance with PIVOT standards and quality control requirements - Proficiency using design software: AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp - Proficiency using Adobe Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Organized, well-spoken and cool under pressure - Able to multi-task, manage progress and track project timelines - Familiarity with building design, and knowledge of material and furniture - Experience in setting up presentations, FF&E standards, bid documents, material binders required by project - Knowledge in writing and reviewing FF&E specifications, millwork drawings and - construction documentation - Enthusiasm for learning, value mentorship, and professional growth.
