INTERIOR DESIGN POSITIONS

INTERIOR DESIGNER / PROJECT MANAGER: Levels 1 to 5 Must be organized and efficient. Experienced in all levels of client and vendor interaction. Must be able to handle multiple clients of all levels simultaneously. Design Industry Experience, College Degree and Computer Proficiency required. Level 1: Recent College Graduate Level 2: 2+ years of work experience Level 3: Post Graduate Degree Level 4: 5+ years of work experience Level 5: 10+ years of work experience MID-LEVEL ARCHITECT Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered for the position: Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree At least five years of post- graduate professional experience Advanced understanding of architectural technology and production documentation for projects of various sizes and complexities Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a range of individuals, including clients, consultants, and other architects Computer experience in AutoCAD and Revit Other position qualifications include: Strong design and graphics skills Prior experience on all phases of a project, including Construction Documents and Contract Administration Prior experience coordinating the work of consultants Ability to multi-task, collaborate on teams of varying size, and work well under deadlines Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment Ability to solve problems creatively Architectural registration and LEED accreditation is a plus DESIGN ASSISTANTS / INTERNS (Full and Part-time) Must be organized and efficient.
