• Participate in staffing and team organization and composition; help to identify team members for projects in alignment with client goals, team member skillsets, and aspirations. • Lead, mentor, and inspire interior design teams to foster a collaborative and creative work environment. • Experience managing or overseeing a team of 20+ staff members. • Strong familiarity with project budgeting and contract negotiations. • Strong working experience with clients and consultants.
