Role Overview We are seeking a part-time Interior Design & Procurement Assistant to support our lead designer with sourcing, vendor coordination, presentation prep, and day-to-day design operations. Responsibilities • Assist with design development: mood boards, Pinterest curation, and concept decks • Coordinate procurement: order tracking, receipts, delivery timelines (Programa + Google Drive) • Maintain and update Google Sheets for budget tracking and item logs • Communicate with vendors for quotes, swatches, or order issues • Assist with showroom visits, pickup/drop-off of materials, and sourcing errands • Help prep project presentations, visual decks, and client updates • Optional: On-site assistance during staging or install days Job Details • Part-Time: 15–24 hours per week • Pay: $23/hour (flat rate) • Location: Hybrid – Remote work + local Austin travel as needed • Flexible schedule, with weekday availability preferred Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Lake Hills, TX 78746
